Chicken Nugget Recall September 2025. This recall is linked to sifto brand hy·grade salt recalled due to pieces of metal, as the affected salt was used to make these recalled products. Perdue foods is recalling more than 167,000 pounds of frozen chicken nuggets and tenders after some customers reported finding metal wire embedded in the products.
Perdue® simply smart® organic gluten free breaded chicken breast nuggets sold in the freezer case with a “best if used by” date of 03/23/25. Perdue foods has recalled over 160,000 pounds of frozen chicken nuggets and tenders for possible metal contamination, the food safety and inspection service announced.
